Let Go of Stress
Stress is the result of repressing your unwanted thoughts and feelings.
60-90% of all visits to the medical doctor are stress related (Harvard Study).
In my years over 35 years of study and practice I've learned just what a pervasive
problem stress is in people's lives. A 1994 Harvard study concludes that 60% to
90% of all doctor visits are stress-related. Also the 1997 ACE study at Kaiser Permanente
in San Diego, California shows that the "chronic stress" caused by "adverse
childhood experiences" in the family is far more prevalent than most medical
doctors believe, and is highly correlated with a whole host of physical and emotional
problems later in life, from obesity to alcoholism and depression. And, of course,
in my practice I've seen a whole host of physical and emotional challenges caused
by stress.
Now, we all have stress in our lives, and it's not always harmful. Stress can actually
help us concentrate and perform our best in difficult situations. But the normal
stresses and strains of daily life (what might be called "good" stress)
can actually do us great damage when we repress our feelings about our difficulties.
Think about that for a moment: It's not the difficulties themselves, but our repression
of our feelings that elevates our stress to dangerous levels.
And here's where TruSage International calls can help. The tips and techniques in
our calls will help you learn quickly and easily how to deal positively with the
stress in your life by (1) acknowledging your feelings, (2) by accepting them, and
(3) by expressing them and letting them go. If you want to reduce the stress in
your life to healthy, manageable proportions, you really have no choice.
"With Dr. Alman's calls, I found tools to help me in moments of stress or challenging
events. I visualize the techniques in the moment to bridge a way across the stress
or challenge without the old emotional attachments or fears controlling me. I use
the techniques often. They empower me daily."

"I no longer feel overwhelmed or overworked. I am dealing with everyday pressures
much more effectively. When times are hard at work or personally, I am able to deal
with these stresses and bounce back faster. I can't say enough how getting Dr. Alman's
calls has far exceeded my expectations."

"I recently gave a seminar, and for the first time that I can remember, I felt
very comfortable looking everyone in the eyes, sharing myself."
