Channel Partners are individual or organizations that who regularly communicate
with large numbers of people who can benefit from our TruSage services. To participate
in this program, the potential channel partner must demonstrate the ability to interact
with at least 10,000 individuals within the first year of an agreement. Examples
of channel partners are:
•  Web Sites
•  Retail Sales Organizations
•  Benefits Consultants
Channel Partner Program
TruSage will work with each Channel Partner to create a program that is tailored
to them. This program will generally contain these elements:
•  TruSage will offer discounts on it services based on the Chanel Partner’s
marketing plan and forecast
•  The Channel Partner will determine how that discount will be split
between Channel Partner compensation and member discount.
•  The enrolling member will pay list price less their share, if any,
of the TruSage discount.
•  Here’s an example:
•TruSage agrees to provide a 25% discount on its services.
• The Channel Partner requests compensation of 10%.
• The member is able to obtain TruSage services at 15%
off list price.
•  If the Channel Partner is providing the member a discount, then its
name and logo will appear prominently on each member’s TruSage personal pages.
