Sponsors represent groups of individuals who can benefit from TruSage’s capabilities. Examples of sponsors are:

•  Companies
•  Benefits Consultants
•  Community and Civic Organizations
•  Religious Organizations
•  Charitable Organizations
A sponsor must represent at least 1,000 people to qualify for this program.

Step 1 – Select or Define TruSage Services

TruSage has a growing number of standard services. In many cases, selecting from this portfolio will be adequate. However, there is often a need to tailor the services to the specific needs of the target audience. TruSage has extensive experience in performing such tailoring and will be pleased to work with you to design and implement a custom curriculum.

Step 2 – Finalize Sponsorship Agreement

TruSage will work with each sponsor to create a program that is tailored to each sponsor. This program will generally contain these elements:
•  TruSage will propose prices for our services. Typically, there will be discounts offered on the standard services.
•  The Sponsor will commit to pay some or all of the proposed prices. This commitment can be to pay a percentage of the proposed price or to pay an minimum
   amount per member enrolled. This commitment may be waived for non-profit organizations.
•  If the sponsor does not pay the entire proposed price, then the enrolling member will pay the discounted price less the sponsor’s contribution.
•  Here’s an example:
    • TruSage agrees to provide a 25% discount on its services
    • The sponsor agrees to pay 25% of the list price
    • The member is able to obtain TruSage services at 50% off list price
•  The sponsor’s name and logo will appear prominently on each member’s TruSage personal pages.

Step 3 – Develop and Implement the Plan

TruSage will work with each sponsor to create an implementation plan that meets your needs. We will work with you to create a communication plan that will ensure your employees or members understand the program and its importance to them. We will also help create an enrollment strategy. We can support mass enrollment by uploading a file to automatically enroll thousands of users or we can allow users to sign up individually by providing them authorization codes that will ensure they get the correct experience.Once the plan is finalized, we will work with you every step of the way to get your employees or members enrolled and participating.

Step 4 –Measure Results

While protecting the confidentiality of individual users, TruSage will provide monthly reporting on participation levels, attitudes and results. We will review these reports with you and, if we any opportunities to improve, we will discuss these with you.
